To use belight, load in your audio file (mp3, wav etc), select the AAC tab on the left and select nero digital in the encoder engine (if you have nero).
the psp has to have 48khz audio AND can only handle LC (low
complexity) profile.
The bit rate you chose is upto you, obviously, the higher the bitrate
the larger the file size, but should mean higher quality. Find what is
acceptable to you, I personally stick to CBR (constant bitrate mode) and
usually use 64kbps for regular tv shows, maybe more for movie
conversions, its personal choice. (see pic)
To get your 25fps to 24fps (to fit with the 24fps video from the other
page) click the advanced settings button at the bottom. under sound
touch, tick convert frame rate from and put 25000 in the first box and
24000 in the second (see pic)
